Floral Styling & Stationery

  • At Wildflower, we believe in making the process of floral styling as easy as possible for our clients. We listen to your needs and provide these services within our team. Floral styling and stationery for weddings and events.

  • We have studios on Waiheke Island and in Parnell, Auckland, however we work throughout New Zealand.

  • It’s super easy! Fill out the relevant enquiry form and we will send through a general pricing guide and ask a few more questions about your event.

    Alternatively, please feel free to book in a call with us here for a quick chat. We’ll ask you to send us some images of the style of florals you like so we can start putting together a mood board and quote for you.

    A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

  • As quickly as possible! To secure the date you want and ensure we have enough time to go through ideas and finalise your flower order 6 weeks before your wedding, we recommend getting in touch at least 6 months before the big day.

    We try to be as flexible as possible (especially for all of those ‘spur of the moment’ couples - who we love!) and can take bookings up until 2 months before a wedding, but ideally the more notice you give us, the better.

  • Working with Nature’s beauties means we can’t always guarantee which varieties are available. What we can guarantee, however, is that we’ll make sure we’re on the same page with your overall vibe and feel, and if we need to substitute any flowers, we’ll make sure they fit with the aesthetic of your day.

  • Absolutely! In fact, helping you develop and create your dream aesthetic is our specialty.

    While inspiration photos are a helpful starting point, we also like to get to know you personally so we can get a feel for the vibe you’re going for. And while we certainly follow a brief, our artistic approach is floral led - which means we like to let the flowers guide our creations as they unfold.

  • No, we have a beautiful selection of vases and urns available which are included in the price of your florals.

    We also have a range of candles and plinths available for hire, which are exclusive to Wildflower guests. Get in touch and learn more about these additional hire options.

  • Every wedding is different, but it usually goes something like this;

    We will deliver your bouquet/boutonnière to you at your accommodation.

    We will then head to your venue to set up the ceremony florals, followed by your reception (we will stick around if things need to be moved from one site to the next after the ceremony) .

    Once everything is finalized and looking beautiful, we’ll return to collect any vases, installations or hire items.
